No Amex One of the BEST kimchi soup I've had in the states. It was sooooo good that I was shocked! I really wish I came with a friend so I can try other dishes. Def will be back

Delicious food and fast service! Friendly staff and very homey interior, definitely coming again. Bossam is perfect to share for a party of 3 :)

Amazing food! Great prices! This place is small and intimate and feels like you are eating at someone's home, and I think that's what's to love about it. I love the side dishes here, and it seems like they change them up all the time which is really nice! My favorite side dishes are the potato, fish cake, and eggplant one, but they are not always available since they rotate in and out. The portions are plentiful and the staff is attentive. Note that they say they close at 9, but it seems like the kitchen closes around 8:15 or so, so don't both going if you are a bit late. The staff's English might not be the best, but I think that just adds to the authenticity of the experience. I will absolutely recommend this place to friends when we want Korean food as they specialize is many different Korean dishes, and in particular I really like the Big Pot soup that you can share.

All of the food here was fantastic. My favorite was ironically the small side of kimchi stew that accompanied the seafood pancake. Bossam was cooked just right and, when wrapped with all of the ingredients, made for a perfect bite. The seafood soup was decent. We all left very full and satisfied.

Hole-in-the-wall homey and comforting Korean kitchen! We walked in on a weekend night and were immediately seated and greeted with lots of delicious free banchan. We tried their kimchi pancake, galbitang, and bossam, which were all so delicious (especially loved that pancake!), and much larger in size than expected--definitely will leave with leftovers!

Arrived at around 8 and the restaurant was pretty crowded. We ordered the bossam, spicy raw marinated crab, and (not pictured) beef short rib soup. Not the first time I've been here and definitely won't be the last. Food is fantastic and service is very... typical asian restaurant. The employees here are very frank but they're respectful, plus the food is fantastic. Bossam is amazing and was so flavorful. This might be my current second-place bossam restaurant. Spicy raw marinated crab was SPICY but so good. Every bite had me wanting more, but oh boy the spice hit HARD. Beef short rib soup is forever a staple so that was a much needed dish. Honestly a highly recommended restaurant to go to. FYI: If you visit, just know that the kitchen closes early and so final order calls are at 8:15-8:20. Overall rating: Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Menu: 10/10 Restaurant Vibes: 10/10 Price to Overall Dining (POD): 10/10

Small hole in the wall kinda. Many options to choose from with big portions. Service is good and food comes out in a good amount of time. My soup was so good and fulfilling. Satisfying if it was a rainy day or if you're feeling under the weather! Definitely would come again.

I've been here twice already but I'm still not really sure how to feel about this place. It's a very small sit down restaurant (with no AC!) that just busts out food for people looking for a quick, decent meal. Whether that be a good thing or a bad thing, I'd say it depends on who you're asking. The restaurant gives off very much "home" vibes and the food doesn't really stand out to me. Id have to spin back another time before I make a final decision on what I would rank this, but for now I'd give it a 4/5. The service isn't half bad and the food, although it never "wows" me, it also never has me wanting to come back for more...

It is located on Convoy which means finding parking is going to be hard. We went on a Friday at 5:30pm so we were lucky to spot a couple of parking spots. If you go later, it will be hard to find a parking spot. They have a really huge menu but you will be happy with anything you order. We ordered a variety of dishes because we were a party of 9 and surprisingly we enjoyed everything we ordered. This is my new favorite place to eat Spicy Raw Crab (Yangnyum Gaejang). Just bite down to eat the inside and spit out the shell. Don't eat the spiky big claw and take those home with the leftovers (it is a huge portion enough for 3 to share) and add them to Korean spicy Ramyun (I recommend Shin Ramyun) and it will be an amazing second meal. The staff were very sweet, service was fast, and they kept it clean. They also offer plain water and barley tea water (bori cha). It looked like they had a bunch of regulars that they knew by name come in often as well.

This place has a very homey vibe. It feels like you're at your grandma's kitchen with your staple Korean dishes. The banchan were delicious and my favorite was the bibimbap. It was served on a hot plate which made the rice really crispy - just the way I like it! The service was quick and the staff were attentive. They helped us right away and the food came out without much delay. I'll come back when I'm looking for yummy home staple Korean food.
